Bill opens the show, Conrad and I back him, then take over. Everyone there is super friendly so If you haven’t been there before know that you’ll me made to feel very welcome.

Rick and Tom take the evening shift, Mark Despault and friends take the earlier shift plus we all plan to sit in with each other so it will be fun, esp on Canada Day. Also the Waring House present their own fireworks. How cool is that. Rick Bauer is one of the original Frere Bros. so will bring some his whacky material to the party as well. Always a big treat for Tom.

It’s always well attended and everyone is issued song sheets and yes, most people sing with great gusto. Most of the songs are chosen by audience request and we also have some “sitters in”. It’s a wonderful, fun filled evening.

Details to follow, but the band is Conrad Kipping fiddle, mando, & guit, Anne Lederman, fiddle and feet, and Tom Leighton on keys and accordion. Jeanette’s Acadienne roots will be front and centre. Lots of fun stuff including some step dancing with Carol Bauer. Bring the whole family to the waterfront.
